Arizona Bankruptcy Lawyer Christopher H. Ariano

chris arianoChris was born in Elgin, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, where he resided until attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. He graduated from the CU Boulder with a Bachelors of Science in Business Information Systems and Management. Following his undergraduate studies he attended the University of Detroit Mercy where he earned his juris doctorate.

While living in Detroit Chris had the fortune of clerking for Federal Magistrate Judge Mark Randon, then 36th District Court Judge. During this time he observed hundreds of criminal misdemeanors and felonies.  Chris has devoted a large majority of his career to handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies for hundreds of clients throughout the state of Arizona. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar and the US District Court of Arizona. He is also an adjunct professor at the Phoenix College of Law where he currently teaches Law Practice Management.

Chris comes from a family of well respected attorneys who have been helping people with legal issues for well over 50 years. His love of golf and good weather persuaded him to move from the Midwest to Arizona. Upon moving to Arizona and passing the bar exam, Chris and his friend from law school, Ryan Reppucci, founded the law firm of Ariano & Reppucci, PLLC.

“At the end of the day I want to help people through a complicated legal system,” says Chris. “If I can do something to bring some relief, I am satisfied.” Chris goes on to describe how he wants his practice to stand out from the rest in Phoenix. “When you work with us, you actually work with an attorney, not an assistant. We maintain a close communication with our clients and offer a personal touch other firms are unable or unwilling to offer.”
